Excellent customer service at the front desk, clean well maintained room, and the breakfast was good for our short stay. We had a issue with our T.V in room and the staff had it fixed within minutes. Great place to stay with pets!
Great place to stay. Janet (at front desk) was very courteous and helpful. She answered all of my questions quickly and efficiently and did a wonderful job making arrangements and reservations for my husband. We were very satisfied and highly recommend this Days Inn in Alex City. Oh, and the breakfast was great !
Great place to stay. Just need some maintenance. Was missing a light above bathroom sink. Wires were hanging out.
Our client Brandon Maddox is a traveling musician who puts down a lot of miles while touring the country every year and he is very glad to see hotels like this when the gig is over and it's time to get some sleep! The rooms are very quiet and clean, and the suites are like little apartments with a nice sitting room to relax before hitting the sack. There's a free breakfast buffet in the morning as well as a laundry room to use while you eat and get caught up with your clean clothes!
