Getting free pizza is awesome! The ease of ordering is amazing.
I ordered my food on online application and it said the driver was on their way at 8:16 and they did not come until 10:38. My food very cold and the salad dressing was not the one I had asked for. But one good out of this order was my soda was cold at least.
Stopped in after the football game to get two pizzas to take back to our hotel room. I ordered the thin crust with light sauce, bell peppers, and onions. It appeared to have extra sauce (instead of light sauce) and almost no cheese on some parts of the pizza. Sauce was overpowering, but crust was crispy. Thin crust pizza came up quickly but they then couldn't find my son's hand tossed pepperoni/extra cheese pizza. It was finally found in a stack of pizzas getting ready for delivery. I don't know if they have recently changed their sauce - I do not like it. It has a bit of a spicy "bite" to it. I gave two stars because, while the pizza was less than what we expected, the girl who took our order was very friendly and at least exchanged conversation with us!
Its a Sunday night, the review says it's low during the time I order online. Order is placed at 7:02pm. The online tracking says the driver left at 7:16pm. At 7:51pm I receive a call from the driver saying he's on his way, he's had a lot of other orders ahead of mine. Okay. I get it. I've been in customer service before. No problem. The driver shows up at 8:03pm, without the full order. The bread sticks are missing. So I sigh for the order (almost 30.00 we placed on the card), and I told the driver I would tip him when he returned with the breadsticks. I hate doing that, but really? If you are serving people, make sure they have their order right before you bring it. And it's not just the driver. The main store making order should fulfill the order before saying it's complete. I have used this service before on multiple times. If I pay cash at the door or pick up it's always okay. If I ever pay with a card, my order is always wrong. Not only is my order wrong, it is always cold when it is messed up. Thank God for microwaves I guess. Probably stick with dominos or little Caesars from now on.
The pizza was perfect! Kayla did a great job. I could tell that she cared about how the pizza was made by looking at it. It tasted even better. Keep up the good work!
