Though the biscuits are the same as what makes Hardee's famous the service is the worst, particularly on the weekends. You would think after being here for ever they could figure it out.
25 minutes to get 3 of the $5 meals at 8pm. Then the guy has the nerve to apologise for it taking so long because "they are busy". We were the only ones in there and there might have been two cars go through the drive thru. This Hardee's being called a fast food restaurant is an oxymoron.
Hardees in Alex City is usually dirty and the lunch and dinner food is not good. Ever. The only thing worth eating is breakfast. The last time I went the person that handed me my food had long fingernails that were black underneath. It was disgusting and I didn't even eat my food.
Tried again because most places in town were packed.. my husband and I waited about 15 mins when we were the only people in the drive thru and inside. We get home and there was no cheese on his CHEESEBURGER. Then we BOTH find hairs in our fries. Needless to say hardees has completely lost our business this time! Probably will be calling their general manager to complain about the hair in our food. I don't imagine anything will be done for us though.
The cashier walked off as we approached. The manager and others were looking over us and continuing to chat. While my husband waited, I went to the restroom. When I returned I finally asked the manager if they were taking orders or not. Instead of her taking our order, she went and found the cashier on break and we ended up getting our food after being there about 30 minutes!
Went in with my wife she said that was unclean place and will not go back unclean in the kitchen part
