Waited roughly 30 minutes for my food, food was cold and wrong.
If your friends with the managers you get 50% off your food order and you get served before everyone else.
Worst restaurant I've ever been to. We drove 40 minutes and we won't be back. They messed up the order, TWICE. No apology and we finally just ate it since we had two hungry toddlers. Still had to go back up there again for correct sauces and then switch our plates around because everything was mixed up. Ten employees and most standing around. 4 then took a break at the same time. Flies in every window sill. Tables dirty and sticky. Outside has trash in the parking lot and in the grass next to the door. It's too bad you can't give zeros. Wings weren't hot. Toast so crispy it just crumbled. Fries not seasoned nor hot. Cheesy bites not hot.
Nice clean place. Expensive and the food is ok but not worth the cost.
Worst Zaxbys ever
The Chicken is good but I think they seem to be buying smaller chickens each time I visit. They also had a few irritating flies so they need a better bug zapper.
I love zaxby's chicken. It's the best and tastes great.
