I have never gone to this fast food place where I placed my order and it was right. If the order was right, the food would be cold, or so poorly done that I didn't eat it.

My KFC biscuit is not fluffy and warm like it normally is and KFC biscuits are one of my favorite kinds of biscuits. I'm a little hurt and let down. ):
